I first started attending KMC as I wanted my 4 year old daughter to start learning some effective self defence. After 1 kids lesson, I was hooked and signed up not only my daughter but also myself. That was 2 years ago, and now the full family regularly attend classes and courses. The kids classes are taught at exactly the right level, to slowly teach the children about real situations and how to not only get out of the situation, but also preempt it and prevent it from arising. The adult courses have brought a level of fitness and confidence to myself I could not believe possible 2 years ago. KMC also ran a female self defence course for my employees where my staff were given tools and skills to defend themselves in and outside of work. I believe I would not be able to receive this level of training from anywhere or anyone else.
